Processing of visitors’ and users’ personal data

The personal data that the user communicates when making a request via our site, during a telephone conversation and/or during any event organised by us are processed by our agency in order to be able to respond to the user.

Personal data are only transmitted to the staff responsible for processing the requests. This data may be communicated to persons outside our agency when this is necessary for the processing of the user’s request.

If the user refuses to provide certain essential data, our agency may not be able to process the request.

Having accepted the present conditions, we will send you the list of ads corresponding to the criteria you are looking for, you will also benefit from free information services concerning our punctual actions and the services of our agency. This information can be personalised.

No data is collected automatically by the site itself. The only data that we process is that which you voluntarily communicate to us.  Any other information that may be collected automatically is only collected by statistical tools such as Google Analytics and only concerns your TCP/IP address, the brand and the latest version of your browser, the web pages visited but remains completely anonymous. 

We can save an access code and a password via cookie. Other information such as your search criteria or the language you have chosen to use to visit the site may also appear in the cookie. (A cookie is a small file sent by our server that is stored on your computer’s hard drive. It keeps track of the site visited and contains a certain amount of information about that visit. Our cookies are primarily used to operate the site – technical session cookies).

We may also process data about you from third parties such as the media (immoweb, vlan, …). These data are only communicated to us following a request via the forms provided on their respective sites.  Provided you have given your consent, your email address may be used by the agency for the purposes specified above.

The information is for internal use only and will therefore never be sold to other natural or legal persons linked or not to our company. However, this data will be communicated, at the request of the judicial authorities or police services, without the prior authorisation of its holder.

We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information received on our site.

All our employees with access to your data have a strict duty of confidentiality. 

The Data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested and accepted by the data holder and for the legal periods required by any regulations to which the estate agent is subject.

You have at any time the right to access and rectify these data as well as the right to object to them, in order to verify their accuracy and to have any errors corrected.

This site, in French, is an information site aimed at both our agency’s clients and non-clients, hereinafter referred to as “Internet users”. This site is subject to Belgian law. The Internet user acknowledges having read the present charter and undertakes to respect it. 

It is reminded that the secrecy of correspondence is not guaranteed on the Internet and that it is up to each Internet user to take all appropriate measures to protect his or her own data and/or software. 

Processing of the request and/or information

We reserve the right to subordinate, suspend or refuse the processing of information in the following cases:

– incomplete or incorrect information ;

– Communication of obviously erroneous or even fanciful data;

The service and goods offered on the site are described in good faith, as accurately and faithfully as possible.

The images presented on the site have no contractual value.

Availability

In any case, we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the unavailability of the service corresponding to the user’s requests.

Our agency could not be held responsible for the non-fulfilment of the contract which could follow in case of inaccuracy of the communicated information or force majeure .

The information on the site is for personal use only and may not be reproduced or communicated in whole or in part. All the data (texts, sounds or images) appearing on the pages of this site are the exclusive property of our agency or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, for purposes other than personal use, in whole or in part of the content of this site on any medium or by any means whatsoever is prohibited. Rights of the holder on his personal data – charter

The holder of the personal data acknowledges having been loyally and fully informed of the processing of said data by the real estate agency.  In addition to this right to information, the holder has the following rights:

Right of access to one’s data by the data subject.  That is, the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller that the data are or are not being processed and access to such data.

Right to rectify inaccurate information and to complete incomplete data

Right to obtain the erasure of one’s data when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, if the person withdraws his or her consent (and there is no other basis (legal obligation) for the processing), if the person exercises his or her right to object to the processing

Right to limitation: when the controller no longer needs the data but they are still necessary.  Where such a restriction, as a temporary principle, is put in place, data may be processed, except for storage, only with the consent of the data subject or for specific purposes.

Right to portability: the data subject has the right to obtain the data he or she has provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transfer these data to another controller without the original controller being able to prevent this.  The data subject may request that his data be transmitted directly from one controller to another.

Right of opposition: the data subject has a right of opposition to the processing which allows him to ask the controller to stop processing his data and, in any case, a right of opposition to the canvassing.

The reply will be given, via the same communication channel, as soon as possible and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request.

No payment will be required unless the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (repetitive nature).
